Duane's images feature birds, animals, landscapes, and people, but he finds the most enjoyment in using shapes, colors and textures in ways that do not represent any particular subject.
"When a person listens to jazz, one just sits back and enjoys the power, lyricism, novelty, mood, repetition, and inventiveness of the work.
