GunterJack Gunter is a unique and diverse artist, who challenges his audience to broaden their reality and enter into an artistic sphere which could best be described as a cross between folk and realism, science and imagination, left-brained and right-brained.
Gunter works in two distinct styles. One has a vibrant dot matrix
representational surface, which has ties to photorealism and early
impressionism. The other uses words and exaggerated forms to make
satirical narratives.
With
both styles he uses the medium of egg tempera.
